Pretty much every popular font these days is available with a cyrillic version or has cyrillic glyphs built-in if it's OpenType. You won't find good stuff for free, it's as simple as that. There are too few Russian sci-fi series to create a fan crowd that will re-create the fonts. *lol* What are you specifically looking for?
